An experiential talk with Ruby and Christabel from the Advaya Initiative

What if the mistreatment of ourselves, each other and the natural world was the result of us falling out of love with life itself? What if another way was possible — a way rooted in a deep love and sense of belonging with an awareness of the magic that exists in everyday life?

This experiential talk with Ruby Reed and Christabel Reed from the Advaya Initiative, will encourage us to let go of the stories that prevent us from truly loving ourselves and our planet – the stories that stop us from seeing the magic and mystery in everyday life.

Join us on an exploration of how to harmoniously engage with what it means to be truly alive; our sense of meaning and belonging; and the potential to live an enchanted life where we no longer overlook the magic of the everyday.

There’ll be meditation, embodiment and sensory awareness practices. We will apply these to our breath and movement to see it helps us see the world around us more clearly.

This session is an offshoot of the “Re-Enchantment Series” hosted by Advaya Initiative in London throughout Autumn 2018. The series investigates the magic of our everyday, while looking at how we may assimilate an attitude of enchantment into our daily lives.
