Rewilding is a term we are used to seeing in connection with landscapes. It may refer to the reintroduction of species that have long been absent, or perhaps be focussed on fencing humans and their activities (such as livestock grazing) out. The purpose is that the landscape is given the opportunity to naturally regenerate into a wilder, more balanced, more resilient, version of its current form. The purpose of rewilding the self is no different, except that you make subtle changes and reintroductions to your behaviour, that allow those properties to re-establish within you, within your personality.

Rewilding the self reveals your raw, wild, nature; giving you more internal resources to draw upon. It involves, at its most fundamental level, a rethinking of your connection with wider nature. It requires rekindling relationships with life beyond humanity, with all life; a shift that is always incredibly profound and a powerful instigator of change. This workshop will introduce exercises to help you reforge those relationships, while assisting you to build trust in your own wild animal instincts and physical senses. Essential steps on the journey towards a more wild, balanced and respect filled future together as Gaia.
